Krakow - 101 Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NL. Open every day 08:30-20:30
There is also a Slavic and Baltic shop in North Manchester - Cheetham Hill. Rodyna - details on their Facebook page. Likely to have brands that are more familiar / any harder to get ingredients.
