In 2023 starting and finish locaton is changed slightly, though the Remembrance Parade will follow the timings as in previous years:
The annual parade takes place on Remembrance Sunday. The parade will assemble along Brookfield Road between the entrance to Lymm Lawn Tennis Club and the A56 Church Road from 9.00am.
Uniformed groups and other participants will march off at 9.30am to arrive at St Mary’s Church in time for the service to commence at 10.00am. Spectators are welcome along the parade route and to the Church service.
The wreath laying, and the observation of silence, will take place at 11.00 am in the Church grounds. The Parade will reassemble and march back along the same route at around 11.20am, dispersing from Brookfield Road.
Road closures will be in place from 9am, however, Eagle Brow and Rectory Lane will remain open to vehicles throughout the parade and service
